Return & Refund Policy – Aakaya Creations

At Aakaya Creations, each jewellery piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to maintain quality and hygiene standards.

1. No Return / Exchange Policy

  • As all our products are handmade and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • We request customers to review product details, size, and images carefully before placing an order.

2. Damaged / Defective Product

We only offer replacement in case of:

  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect

Conditions:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear unboxing video and images as proof
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

3. Replacement Policy

  • Once approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product
  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:
    • Store credit, or
    • Alternative product of similar value

4. Refund Policy

  • We generally do not offer refunds.

  • Refunds will only be processed if:

    • Replacement is not possible, or
    • The issue is verified and approved by our team

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is in processing or production, it cannot be cancelled

6. Color / Design Variation Disclaimer

  • Slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur due to:
    • Handmade nature of products
    • Lighting and screen differences

These are not considered defects.
