  • Payment must be completed before order processing.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order is processed or handcrafted, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–10 working days.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier partners.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on handmade products.
  • Replacement is only applicable for damaged or defective items (as per our Return & Refund Policy).
  • Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases where replacement is not possible.

  • We strive to ensure all information on the website is accurate; however, errors may occur.
